When you subscribe to the Brief, we collect your email address. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, company, and message. We do not collect more than we need.
2. How we use it
We use your email to send you the Brief, and your enquiry details to reply to you and discuss working together. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us operate.
3. Service providers
- Beehiiv delivers the newsletter.
- Formspree processes contact-form submissions.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Cloudflare provides hosting and DNS.
Each has its own privacy practices.
4. Your choices
Every Brief includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@sphotalens.com.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-friendly and aggregate only.
6. Children
The site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children.
